Private Instruction
Enthu Yoga offers you individualized, detail-oriented sessions to help you with the most challenging aspects of yourself. We provide you with experienced instructors to create a practice suited to your specific needs, goals, and expectations.
Class Guidelines
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to sign and settle.
- Come with an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after the last meal)
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Bring your own towel

Class Descriptions
- Ballet Warm up in ballet technique for proper posture, strength, and alignment. Several steps and dance combinations from different ethnic and folk styles are incorporated. All levels and abilities are welcome to attend. Bring ballet slippers or thin socks and form fitting clothes. Cost $20 drop in or $60 for 4-class card.
- Belly Dance Bootcamp A dance class and a workout! You'll learn how to shimmy, undulate, and feel the music. You'll work your body head to toe with exercises that keep your body conditioned for belly dancing. The class starts at a basic level but progresses to more advanced moves with each session. You'll sweat, you'll dance, you'll work your muscles, and you'll have a blast! This class is perfect for people who want to add something new to their fitness routine or are curious about belly dance. It's a fun way to learn Egyptian Belly Dance in a safe and supportive environment. Put your best hip forward!
- Tae Bo® Fitness is an exercise that teaches an individual how to communicate with their body. It is a combination of martial arts, boxing and dance. Tae Bo® fitness is a program that combines the best variety of different exercise disciplines to provide an overall workout. Tae Bo® fitness is the combination of self-awareness and the control of martial arts, the focus and strength of boxing, and the grace and rhythm of dance. Martial arts and boxing develop strength, speed, balance, coordination and awareness. The dance moves give the workout energy and rhythm that improves coordination, body awareness and provides a workout for the heart. - Vinyasa Flow A dynamic form of hatha yoga, which focuses on linking breath and movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations.
- Hatha Yoga A form of yoga, focusing on the breath, to change the body from the inside out. Learn proper alignment of basic postures. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility and balance as well as breath control, meditation and relaxation. Includes vinyasa and restorative.

Level 1 Suitable for beginning students as well as experienced students who enjoy a gentler class. Learn a basic yogic routine consisting of breathing, warm-ups, postures, and relaxation.
All levels welcome. Students of all levels can enjoy this class. - Restorative Yoga (Relax and Renew) Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxation to provide the body an opportunity to renew and heal, bringing balance to our demanding daily lives.
